"I told them about the best sealant and they went and bought it and applied it. They applied exactly what I wanted to the four sides. I know this because I talked to the vice president the next week and he told me everything they did. They did come out on a day that I wasn't here and they used a clear sealant so it's hard to know if anything was actually done. So, that's why I called and and talked to the VP and he told me things you wouldn't know unless you were up there. I thought the price might have been a little high. They did everything they were supposed to. The one thing I wish they would have done is called and told me what day they were going to be here, I didn't know they had been here until I got the bill in the mail. I will probably be using them this spring."

"We had a great experience with Sure Seal Restorations! we called Derek who returned our call right away. He came by at hours that were convenient to our crazy work schedules to show us the products that would be used and answered all of our questions prior to the work being done. It took very little time to get the roof replacement scheduled and the roof was replaced in one day. The crew was tidy, cleaned up everything and was kind to my plants and garden. The gutter team came another day and the gutter guard guys finished up the last day. Everything was left clean and the job was done beautifully. Derek even assisted us in picking a roof color because it was not an easy decision and it turned out nicely. He is now helping us find copper gutter guards for the two small copper roofs we have. I would recommend this company any day and I definitely recommend Derek F. thanks!!"

"He is top notched and very good. He did a very good job on that. The roof was very well sealed. It was top of the line with a 50-year warranty on it, which is transferrable. You get a better warranty by using one of their people whose been trained. I did a 5 or 6 months of investigation in the internet before I choose him so I would know people coming in and out of the house. I chose him. He seems to be the best in the area. I'd use him again in a flash. I got a discount because of my age. I also like him because he had some woodwork replacement done. He has carpentry ability and roofing ability. He is man of his word. It took a little time to do it because of the weather but it wasn't a big deal. I like the quality of the work and the security on it. I got a lot of it. His bid was a level of quality, his expertise and service is same as once I thought as fly by night type. He is the only one I've used in town. I'd give him really good marks. He has really good employees."

"Harris service in terms of drying out my  home was top notch and professional. The final bill was excessive in my opinion. As a previous board member of a townhouse community in Bloomington Indiana,  I have dealt with companies like Harris in the past. In my previous role I hired a similar firm to remove standing water from a townhouse in the community. This required removing bathroom vanities and dry wall throughout the home as well as standing water and drying it out. We had to call in plumbers and it was real mess. The final bill from the that company was $4700 dollars for everything. My bill was $6000 dollars from Harris and all they used was  9 fans and 2 floor mats and they did not have to physically remove any water from my home or any fixtures, appliances, or vanities  In my opinion this company is very deceptive in revealing the price before they do the work. If you use this company (and they are good) make sure you negotiate the price first before doing any business with them. <br />"
