"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."

"We had a great experience with Sure Seal Restorations! we called Derek who returned our call right away. He came by at hours that were convenient to our crazy work schedules to show us the products that would be used and answered all of our questions prior to the work being done. It took very little time to get the roof replacement scheduled and the roof was replaced in one day. The crew was tidy, cleaned up everything and was kind to my plants and garden. The gutter team came another day and the gutter guard guys finished up the last day. Everything was left clean and the job was done beautifully. Derek even assisted us in picking a roof color because it was not an easy decision and it turned out nicely. He is now helping us find copper gutter guards for the two small copper roofs we have. "I have a large multi level deck with built in benches, etc. on a cabin in a remote area of Brown County. Pritchett had built the deck over 15 years ago. It had got in bad shape; cracks, loose boards, some needed replacing. Pritchett replaced some damaged wood and then applied a Sherwin Williams product called Super Deck. While I obviously have no way of knowing if it will hold up the advertised 5 to 7 years, the job Pritchett did in the application was absolutely terrific. The cracks are filled and the deck looks great. I have used Pritchett on other jobs and have found them to do fine work in a timely fashion. <br />"

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "He is top notched and very good. He did a very good job on that. The roof was very well sealed. It was top of the line with a 50-year warranty on it, which is transferrable. You get a better warranty by using one of their people whose been trained. I did a 5 or 6 months of investigation in the internet before I choose him so I would know people coming in and out of the house. I chose him. He seems to be the best in the area. I'd use him again in a flash. I got a discount because of my age. I also like him because he had some woodwork replacement done. He has carpentry ability and roofing ability. He is man of his word. It took a little time to do it because of the weather but it wasn't a big deal. I like the quality of the work and the security on it. I got a lot of it. His bid was a level of quality, his expertise and service is same as once I thought as fly by night type. He is the only one I've used in town. I'd give him really good marks. He has really good employees."
