After the initial work, I had to request follow?up foundation adjustments on two separate occasions. Each time, it took 10+ phone calls and 5+ cancellations or rescheduled appointments before anyone actually showed up. Even then, they never arrived on time. After the second visit, I expressed my frustration to management about the repeated cancellations and lack of communication.
