He constantly talk to me while performing the job to keep me abreast of the situation. One are in the bay window was rotted severely and before he did the work, because we didn't discuss it originally, he called me over and showed me the rot on the window. He didn't just didn't assume approval he asked first. I liked that because he wasn't just spending my money he allowed me to approval the project. The job he did was better than outstanding. "My garage door would not properly open and close, so I checked the list for a reliable service company with a tune up deal.  Chris came out Thursday and checked the door, identifying that it was cracked, causing it to sag in the middle, and the track was warped.  Unfortunately, the bottom two panels were cracked, so a tune up or repair were not possible.  Chris called Andrew who was able to get me a quote on the spot for next day installation.  Tony and Henry came out Friday afternoon and completed the install, ensuring the everything worked properly. They worked quickly and efficiently and let the work site clean of debris and hauled away the old parts.  The price on the door and install was somewhat higher than others I found on-line but the quick turn-around and friendly service even that out.

"Wes is difficult to get up with and quite busy so you have to be patient waiting for replies to emails but the work and work ethic is all worth it. I got quotes from two other larger companies and the prices were astronomical. Wes came over and provided a price broken down by materials and labor which was so reasonable, I would have questioned his price if I had not looked him in the eye and felt extremely comfortable that he was the right choice and not just because of the cost. During the project, the wood had all been sanded smooth by the deck builder which resulted in the job requiring more stain and time to complete the project. Wes was up front and easy to work with - the quality was first rate and I was so please, I gave him a second project - to repair my back yard wooden fence, replace the gate and posts, power wash and stain it. He is currently completing that project which I will provide a separate review but my neighbors on either side are seriously interested in hiring him as well."

"The quality of work is excellent.  Unfortunately, their boss directed his crew to ignore the obvious tilt of this old house, and we had to insist that the top of the closet doors be parallel to the ceiling!  He also got surly when my husband and I insisted that we both see the end result before paying him.  I hope this guy reverts to the personality we saw a couple of years ago and leaves the current one behind.
