"After calling for an estimate, an estimator arrived at the agreed upon time and reviewed the door threshold and determined the repairs required. I was emailed an estimate which I found to be reasonable based on the necessary repairs. I called the office an arranged a date and time for the repairs to be done. A repair technician arrived at the stated time and inspected the door and threshold. He determined that the builder had not properly installed the threshold and had not sealed the threshold or built a support under it. As a result moisture had rotted the a couple of threshold boards and the board inside the bottom of the door. The repairman determined he did not have the items he needed to make the repair properly. So he said he would return the next day which he did and made an outstanding repair of the door and threshold. We are very happy with the repair and feel their cost was fair. We will use their services again for other repairs and recommend them to our fiends and neighbors."
