"Wires were a mess on one of our garage door sensors, which was the immediate problem, and he fixed that in no time flat. Then he turned to replacing the decrepit sensor on the other side, which was hanging by a thread, with a secure new one with good wire connections. Then he checked out the rest of the system and greased the tracks on the garage doors, so that instead of sounding like a train is passing through the house, you can barely notice them. All this in about a half hour or less.

He also washed my front sidewalk and stoop. I wish I had checked the company's service hours, as they are only available between 8:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday, so it can be difficult to schedule an appointment if you or someone in your household can't easily miss work. Also, the coupon was supposed to include a credit toward repairs, but I was still charged $85 for the part, so I'm not sure whether this included the credit or whether I was charged erroneously. Otherwise, the job was completed quickly and the technician was professional.
