"Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.

"Within a couple days of completion I had insulation falling down and the wrap was hanging on a couple of ends, I feel it could have been done more professionally and not sagging, but I unfortunately feel he was more concerned with how fast he could finish it than be thorough , he is a nice person and I do not like giving bad reviews but I feel unsatisfied with the job and especially the money I spent. "First time scheduled; he canceled last minute due to car trouble. Second time scheduled: called me 4 hours ahead of scheduled time and said he was 2 minutes from my place. I wasn't home so, we rescheduled. Third time scheduled: showed up on time and accommodated my request to do a later time. I sent him the manual for assembly and, he said it was an easy job, probably 1 hour; it took 2.5 hours. I told him the entrance to my parking garage only will accommodate 6'3" trucks and he said not a problem, he'd drive his wife's car; he showed up with his truck and then made me pay him the $10.00 for parking on top of my very generous payment of $150.00 for 2.5 hours of work (which should have only taken 1 hour according to his quote). I spent time with him going over several other projects I needed done and we scheduled him to come back the following Saturday. He later texted wasn't sure he could make it but would let me know the next morning. I never heard from him and had to text 3x to get an answer. He didn't respond until 5 pm and said he could come, but it would be later in the day. I asked what timeframe, he responded "idk". I followed up, again, asking if he could come a day the following week instead and, he never responded. I didn't bother to follow up again; it shouldn't be so hard to hire someone to do a job with more follow up on my end, than the person getting paid."

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"I had water damage on ceilings throughout my house from leaks due to Hurricane Micheal. My Wife and I had considered a full kitchen remodel at the time of having the ceilings repaired but every contractor we spoke to wanted to do the kitchen and not the ceilings... except for Jorge... his first point of buisness was to make sure that our ceilings were beautiful, and repaired... he even made suggestions that made sense saved money and ended up being beautiful. We had 6 rooms replaced with flat Sheetrock celiengs, and installed recessed lighting, and other accent lights... while we were living in our home... Nashaly and Omar were respectful and courtesous to our need to get in and out of our house with an infant child, they cleaned every night when they finished, asked about and listened to any issues we had and handled them promptly... this was the best experience that we have ever had contracting someone for home repairs..."
