When the technician arrived, he decided to charge a significantly higher amount than what was quoted for one of the services. Rather than stopping to inform me of this change before proceeding, he continued working without my knowledge or consent of the price change. To make matters worse, he added a 4th service that I never approved. When the job was complete, I was handed a bill double the original estimate. I understand that estimates are not guarantees, and I am a reasonable person.
