Phil from Titan roofing sent over Joliet code for full replacement to my insurance carrier and they got me my entire roof replaced and gutters. Came out and got the job done in two days in February 2022!! They did a great job on installation, cleanup and services. "We had S & E Roofing replace our roof four years ago, in 2013. To match the shingles on our upper roof, he used IKO brand shingles. The shingles turned out to be defective. After three years they began curling badly, most likely because they never sealed. I contacted Tim Cone and requested he come out and take a look. He did and agreed they had failed. Tim submitted the warranty claim for us, with samples and photographs, and said he would honor the warranty regardless of IKO's decision. Last week he completely replaced the roof, tearing off the defective shingles and replacing everything. The roofers were professional, courteous, and took their time to do the job correctly. Clean up was thorough. We are still waiting to hear from IKO. If you're re-roofing your house and you want someone who has integrity and honors their promises, S & E Roofing is your best bet."
