More bids/estates came in much higher than theirs AND I also learned from others I could buy my own water heater and pay a plumber for insulation only. So I got a new WH and an extended warranty on it. Mother Plumber sent a Fantastic-informative-polite technician Matt to install and warranted his work. Our last quote was Mike and we couldn't believe how reasonable his quote was. Literally several thousands under the competition. After he was under our house he found that we had several more pipe rot and breaks than we thought. He showed us the pipes. Mike was reasonable again with the price. He installed an entirely new system for thousands less than the others. He went about it in a smarter way too. After he was finished we found more problems outside the house. He fixed that too!
