Lee's estimate for removal and installing new insulation, setting the traps, and fixing the holes was a fraction of the other two estimates I received. "Inspection and treatment was done in March, 2019. In march, 2020, I paid the $125 annual renewal fee for inspection, treatment, and protection. Never heard a word from Loyal the rest of the year. In March, 2021, I received and invoice for another annual renewal and called to find out exactly what I was paying for. I was told it was for inspection and treatment and protection, and as soon as my payment was received they would call me to set up an appointment for the service rep. I paid another $125 fee and as of this writing cannot even get Loyal to respond to my numerous attempts to contact them. I have called via phone, attempted to email, posted on their FB page, and written and mailed a letter via USPS to no avail. Loyal has been and remains totally unresponsive to any attempt to get this resolved. My next step is to file a claim against them in small claims court. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PEST CONTROL NEEDS."

"Terrible work, terribly overpriced. Tech broke my vent cover on installation leaving a large hole and the cage wasn't even flush with the wall then just left without telling me they had damaged my property. Took 3 calls to get someone to call me back and repair the poor work and no one ever apologized or offered a discount. Communication is also awful. Never gave advanced notice of when the tech would show up and she then came on a different day than what she had previously said and acted annoyed that I wasn't at home. To make it all worse there were never any mice even caught and I suspect I was scammed and told that droppings from prior work last year were fresh. The company didn't honor their warranty from work done last year because it was a different franchise owner and the new franchise charged an outrageous amount. Now I'm having difficulty getting through to cancel the monthly service I don't need because I don't even have mice. Never use them."

"They are terrific. Came to our home promptly, assessed the problem, documented it with pictures, shared it with us and performed the work! We couldn't have asked for anything more. I like the way they charge by the visit not by the animal...seems very fair."
