"<p>Doug Adams, owner, was very helpful with the initial consultation.  During our 1st meeting, he spent time explaining everything to us, inquiring as to our preferences, and offered suggestions as to how to make corrections to uneven parts of the floor and staircase.  He went under the house to the crawlspace to inspect the humidity and subflooring.</p> <p>Doug and his crew were extremely hard working, completing the job in a couple of weeks, which included installation and staining of new stairs.  Doug would also send text/photo updates to show progress.  They were always very neat and clean as they worked, protecting the floors at all times.  Overall, we are very satisfied with the end result and service we received from Adams Hardwood Flooring.
