"Jamie came when scheduled, he had the tools and materials needed to get my gutters firmly bolted on to my house with the proper length bolts needed ( which had not happened with a previous company) . The original assessment was thorough and had great pictures and description of what needed to be done. I also had a vent cap missing that I had planned to attempt to replace myself, but he measured and sent pictures and I purchased the cap and Jamie screwed it on for me. "Legacy Ridge Exteriors really did a great job for us replacing our windows, we got quotes from 5 different places and chose Legacy Ridge because it really seemed like they were the experts and they gave us a great deal, they were not the cheapest or the most expensive, but I would definitely say they were the best value for what we were getting in the quality of the windows and the expertise of the installation. The installers, Britt and Riley, did an amazing job and took good care of our home and did a great job cleaning up once they were all done, way better than other contractor experiences we've had before. "The work was done well, with quality materials. However, cleanup was not thorough? I found a number of nails left in my driveway and yard. And follow-up was awful on a newly installed gutter which clogged and overflowed. They said they sent someone out to fix it, but no improvement was seen. Since it was the gutter right over the front steps, it was inconvenient, to say the least, to have it dripping. Follow up requests were pretty much ignored."

"Ozzy came to do the gutters on my new build and did such a great job! He also noticed a part in the home that needed a specifically made gutter that saved the amount of water would be pouring down on my foundation so I’m very glad he has been doing thins for years to be able to catch something like that! We added round downspouts after I asked about the different options. This gave my home a little extra face lift! I love the finished product. I’ll definitely call back to get my gutters cleaned later on."

"We were told that before the colored stucco would be applied we would see a sample of the stucco. We never saw a sample and the color with our original choice was applied to about a third of the house and we decided the color wasn't quite what we wanted and we asked about the sample we were supposed to see first. It ended up costing us a significant amount of money to redo the stucco in a different color, despite us not having seen a sample we were told we would be able to see first."
