"Bluegrass Irrigation sent me a notice by email about the need for the spring check of my sprinkler system.  I responded by email and a technician called me the next day to make an appointment.  Two technicians came out the following week and performed the service to my satisfaction.  During the check, they found that there was a rock in the system and promptly remedied the situation. <br /> I had a sprinkler system installed by them several years ago because I had invested a lot of time and money in landscaping around my home and wanted it watered in a timely manner.  They gave me a bid I could afford and did excellent work installing the system.  Since then, they have come each spring to turn on the system, check for problems and perform a backflow test.  In the fall they blow out the system and turn it off.  They have been available to assist me with any concerns such as when I had my lawn aerated by my lawn service and I had to have all my sprinkler heads marked (as well as the electrical wire connections) with flags so as not to cause any problems to the irrigation system.  They came out and did the markings free of charge.  The technicians have been very courteous, prompt, and reliable. "Brian called and made arrangements for winterizing the irrigation system on Oct. 16. He showed up as scheduled and prepared the irrigation system for winter. He also made a few repairs at "no cost". He is wonderful to work with and their prices are extremely reasonable. I am so grateful that he services my lawn( I live in Jeffersonville, Indiana) when he comes to Louisville to service other lawns since the company is located in Lexington. But I am now on his list of people that will be serviced automatically every season to have the irrigation system turned on and off without having to call and get scheduled. I am extremely busy working 18 hours a day and this is one less thing I have to worry about. I would recommend this company to anyone. My grass was green, greener, greenest all summer long!!!! I was very pleased with the professionalism and expertise of the owner and his responsiveness. However, I chose to go with another contractor. "It was good.  They come during the day and we are not here.  They come out once a month and they usually call us a day or two in advance to let us know because we have dogs so we have to lock the dogs up.  We've been using them for about a year."
