We cut them a check of $7k for a down payment and they cashed it within an hour of us meeting with them. We have been the ones following up with them on a weekly basis, trying to see when they will be replacing our roof and they continue to say; two weeks, next week, end of the month… here we are 10 weeks later and no roof and internal water damage to our home. They are now not returning or answering our calls/ text."
