In addition to replacing the tiles, he fixed other tiles that were previously repaired by another company. He was efficient and did an awesome job. I got them to give me an estimate to fix the leaks in the roof, but I thought it was too high, so I went with someone else. They did the job efficiently. They had a lot of guys out here. Very good price. I'm assuming it is done properly. We've had a lot of rain and I don't see any problems. I would use them again if they gave me that good deal. It was a good service, but the prices are high, unless you get a discounted offer through Angie's List. The estimate for the roof was very high. "I used Gil a few years ago to deal with water damage in my home from a leak in the roof and cracks in the foundation. I was so pleased/satisfied/totally blown away by his workmanship and professionalism that I called him immediately to get a quote for replacing my termite-damaged front porch. Gil came out immediately to inspect, and before he could even put his proposal together (much less have a contract in place) he returned the same day and shored up the porch that had severely damaged posts. This was “so that he could sleep at night.” Needless to say, Gil is a consummate professional. He and his crew demolished the entire porch, rebuilt it, painted it, and installed new gutters in under 4 working days. I also asked him to replace a small flat roof portion of my house, which he thankfully finished in 2 days during the heaviest rainfall season in memory. I trust Gil implicitly to provide a fair price for his work, and more importantly, I TRUST THIS MAN to do what he says he’ll do, when he says he’ll do it, and provide quality workmanship. That kind of trust is priceless."
