"Action Asphalt was amazing. They were very responsive to our initial inquiry and came out quickly to deliver a quote, and set an appointment in a very reasonable timeframe. When that appointment arrived they showed up with the whole crew bright and early and got right to work, explaining everything clearly. We were only going to pave one part of our large driveway, but they gave us a great deal to do the whole thing and we were so confident based on their professionalism that we went for it. We could not be happier. The paving job is impeccable. Their crew is friendly, helpful, and fast. We love our new driveway. I recommend Action Asphalt wholeheartedly."

"We have a private street (10,000 sq ft) in Highland with 11 houses on it so this is not a routine residential or parking lot job. Guardian closely worked with us on scheduling around our garbage pickup day, offsite parking availability and projected weather. Their bid was very reasonable and offered a reasonable time frame. Sealcoating was done with brush and squeegee and turned out great. Through no fault of Guardian, the mail truck did a number on the one end of the street and Guardian promptly fixed that for us for a nominal charge. Strongly recommend that you include them in your bidding process as you may be pleasantly surprised by their quote. Excellent work."

"I would not recommend this company. The crew arrived late, did not work efficiently, and left an hour early. There was also a lot of time spent walking around without actually working. My project specifically involved large weed removal, which was agreed upon in advance. However, partway through the job, I was told they couldn't complete that portion because there wasn’t room in the trailer—despite there being available space in both the trailer and the back of the truck, especially if tarps had been used. Instead, the team shifted to removing small weeds (which I didn’t need), stating they had to fill the 8 hours per Eric, the owner. Our contract clearly outlined 8 hours of labor, and the $250 trailer fee for removal was supposed to be separate from that work time. Despite this, the crew left early, saying they needed time to drop off the trailer. I reached out to Eric three times and requested that the team return to complete the job as agreed or to issue a partial refund. He has not responded. (Ironically, he was very responsive when securing the job—something echoed in other reviews.)"

"Had our driveway replaced in May 2021 we were told the driveway would be 3” thick and tapered at 45 degrees on the side. It’s now August 2021 and we called the company with our concerns that we had some areas sinking, grass is growing through it, we have major dents in it and it appears some areas are not even 1” and tapered as per our contract. At the end of the driveway there is a 6’ dip that puddles after rain and takes days to dry up. Brion our contact proceeded to yell at my husband told him they were having a shi**y year and he would not lose sleep over marks in our driveway and hung up on him. Very unprofessional. So much for warranty and all we were promised."
