"I would highly recommend Kevin and his crew for concrete work. Kevin returned calls leading up to the day of project. The price was fair. The aspect of his work that impressed me most was how meticulous he and his crew were in planning and completing the work. I was able to closely observe the laying of a 4â x21â x9â concrete pad. Also he and his crew erected four 4â x6â x12â post that I will be using for my summer project of building an 9â x9â arbor. The time they took in be precise in the alignment was much appreciated. "The job went well.  Once into the tuck pointing part of the job, it was obvious that a lot of mortar behind the outside brick had eroded away.  Michael did a great job making sure the job was done correctly.  As for the roof, the fixes he did, addressed the problem of leaking at the flashing.

"4-Ever Watertite waterproofed our home in 2012, exterior and interior.The outside east, west and north walls weredug up manuallydown to the footing. (These sides represent the main part of our house built in 1938; the south side is part ofan extension to the house built in 1965). The porch was removed (later replaced by Madison Maintenance LLC).  New draintiles were installede with 4in. draintile with sock.  Bleeder onwalls were flushed out so water would flow.Delta board installed from footing to grade. 6 mil Visqueen, trowel grade tar used.  Edges treated with eucalistic sealant and moldings, mortar joints repaired inside and out.  Fabric installed over stone, dirt and topsoil, basement window recaulked.
     Mr. Bob Gray and his crew were professional and efficient and we have been please with the result of their work.  They have also straightened basement walls for us-separate review.

"The leveling part itself was awesome. Justin was very detailed in making sure the floor was leveling properly, the gaps were filling in correctly, and that the leveling mixture was mixed appropriately. He showed me all the steps and why they were doing them. The reason I rated them good was because the cleanup could have been much better. They basically just washed out their wheelbarrows with the leftover concrete onto my front lawn. And the one helper spent most of the day wasting my water by spraying down the driveway to allegedly clean it, but it really didn't end up clean at all. Overall, the service that I paid for was to level my garage floor, and that was done professionally and perfectly."

They did a fantastic job on leveling the driveway and sidewalk slabs. They are now level, and the holes into which they pumped the substance to level it are barely noticeable. They also did a great job on removing and installing a new front step to the porch. The repair of the brickwork around the porch leaves a lot to be desired, though. The mortar is not set back from the face of the bricks-- it's flush. Some of the bricks are also way out of position.

I haven't notified them of the poor quality work because, well, I haven't talked to them. I tried calling right after the work was completed because they require payment within 24 hours. I left a message, but nobody has contacted me. I'm certainly not too upset about this since I don't want to pay for work that is poor quality, but I did want to give them an opportunity to show what kind of customer service they have.

So, please do not hesitate to use this company for concrete leveling. They are great. That is why I have given them high ratings overall. However, I would seek out another company that specializes in brickwork or mortar repair if you need any work like that done.

"Besides Dr Sweep, we have also asked two other companies to come and inspect our chimney. All three groups gave different comments. One of them suggested rebuilding the chimney for 6 thousand dollars! We talked to some knowledgeable friends and decided to go with Dr Sweep. 
The group that did the tile insulation and crack fixing was great. They were also very professional and courteous. We are happy with the results and have been enjoying the fireplace without any problem this winter.

"I expected just a quote, but he walked me through the whole problem and showed me exactly what every issue was and how I could fix it myself. He spent about an hour at my house showing me exactly how to do everything the best and least expensive way possible. He gave me an estimate for him to do the work which was incredibly reasonable. I would recommend Gary to anyone who needs a good, honest opinion and a reasonable quote on work."

"Initially I was a little frustrated because I had emailed and did not get a response.  However, Louis responded and did an outstanding job with the inspection as well as the work that we needed to have done which came as a result of the inspection.  He and his crew were very punctual, neat and did a beautiful job on my chimney.  I did not feel pressure to have the work done because of the inspection.  I knew the chimney needed work and would have been questioning the accuracy of the inspection had they not found the need to repair it.  I actually did recommend them to a friend who also had work done and she was extremely happy with the crew and the quality of the job (which was much more extensive than mine).  I was very impressed and would certainly use them again for any brickwork I may need.
