"They came to our home last Wednesday to turn on our sprinkler system. They did a few minor repairs to a couple sprinkler heads, adjusted everything for proper coverage and did an amazing job! The technicians as always were courteous, very knowledgeable and have our system running in tip top shape. Our lawn is thriving and the yard looks beautiful. "Service tech Harold Thuesen and his partner rapidly diagnosed a series of issues with the system, from a faulty pipe joint that was allowing air into the lines to a faulty previous repair on the solenoids that had turned a four-zone system into a single-zone system lacking the pressure to power the sprinkler heads. They fixed the joint and rebuilt the solenoids. With the system working, they were able to flush all of the many sprinkler heads save one, which they replaced. Then they showed me how to program the system. They clearly had the expertise to diagnose and make repairs quickly, and they could not have been more helpful and professional. They did all of their work in an hour, too. These guys were not dawdlers. Highly recommended."

He showed up exactly when he said he would, and was a pleasure to talk to, even offering helpful info along the way. <br /> Reliable was very reasonable in terms of costs as well. They were quoted against other local companies and either were the lowest, or close to it on every project so far. <br /> The support staff at the office is top notch as well, with Michelle and Taylor responding to emails extremely prompt and with the appropriate information the first time. <br /> The Sod looks great even after a hard winter, with the sprinkler system performing well. The landscaping / brick walls turned out great, as Jim was creative working within our budget. <br /> Unfortunately, the only problem we have ran into with Reliable is that they are booked quite in advance (which given their quality does not surprise me). I would definitely recommend using them, just plan a little in advance and you'd be fine. <br /> All in all, a pleasure to deal with! <br />"

"I have a service agreement with them. They come out depending on what they are doing. They come out in June and August. They also come out in the Fall. They might come out every other month. I don't have any grubs. I don't have them aerate the grass. The cost is comparable. It's a little bit more, but I am more satisfied than other companies I have used. It's a little bit more expensive. The quality of the work is good. Most of the time I am not here. They will leave me a note on the door to let me know. They also call to let me know. They tell me they are coming on a Monday, and will then leave a bag telling me what they did when they were here. I will keep using them as long as they don't rectify if I have any problems. So far the grass is green. I have other issues with the side, but that's another story."
