"What i like about this company was the ability to communicate with the customer. They changed out the flow pump on my solar heater and stuck around to ensure system Was running properly. Watanabe and I along with his assistance which you find me say is sharp guy. Continue to troubleshoot the system and found that I had multiple problems the control valve which maintains hot water temperature throughout the house was bad and needed to be replaced. They located the right valve and we’re back out at my house the following morning to do repairs they conducted a system operational check, hot water heater back up and running to temperature. "had to check a blockage in a drain -- they didn't find anything (for a dishwasher) so I called in the dishwasher appliance repair person -- and they found a blockage in the drain -- ?? Had the plumber do some other minor repairs and checks while he was here and he did a good job. Pricing is good and he was professional and knowledgeable. Would probably use them again -- very nice. But the fact that he didn't find the blockage troubles me a bit."
