"It went well. Crew was on time and very clean. I am used to having to pick up after crews but not these guys. Fair price and attention to detail. We then had him do a second project of installing flag stone. Owner is the site guy too and detail oriented. They will be back for some concrete work next month. Only issue I had was communication language barrier. Luckily my wife speaks Spanish so it worked out well."

Even before getting the keys, the project manager Paul accepted to meet with us to get a sense of the types of designs we wanted and also get a ballpark price of the remodel. My wife and I felt very comfortable with Paul, he mentioned that he will help with the permitting and inspections and help choose all the finishes like tiles and counters ..etc. The price was great, the work was awesome, the crew showed up every day and did an excellent job. Lucio, the forman was asking us how we would like things, like height of shower head, the layout of the tiles and that actually made me very happy. Customer service was amazing, they picked all the materials we purchased online and all the inspections were passed. We had to move to relocate during the remodel and they used zoom to update us about the progress. We are enjoying our kitchen and two bathrooms. We recommended Refresh and Build to our parents and friends and they're very happy too."

"CM Landscaping was excellent from start to finish of our project. We had a lawn put in our front and back yard with full sprinklers and landscaping done in the backyard. Fernando was amazing to work with. He made great suggestions for our yard and was courteous and professional. The work was done on schedule and looks great. CM provided exceptional service at a great price. Fernando scheduled a follow up to make sure the grass is taking and has been responsive to all questions. "Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. "Anyway, our home had those horrible popcorn ceilings in the living room, dinning room and hallway. We figured we would do away with that and get some recessed lighting installed as well, four lights in the living room and one in the main bathroom shower. We contacted several companies to come and give us a bid. TerraVenti has good reviews and gave us a great price. It wasn't the lowest price but they just seemed the best. we had to put a deposit down which is fine. The people I dealt with in the office we great. We schedule a date and time for the work to start and they came as scheduled. The crew was amazing, they did a great job and worked hard all day. They had to move all our furniture out and things off the walls. The electrician came and and stalled the 5 lights but one of them didn't work. (Not their fault, light was defective). He said he would be back the next day to finish and he did. Great job we love the lighting. The drywall/ceiling guys came back the next day but the mud they had applied had not dried enough to sand so we rescheduled. Again they showed up and completed the job. They had to make a mess with all the sanding and stuff but, when they left you would never have known they were they. Great job cleaning up. Most important the ceiling looked fantastic. I highly recommend TerraVenti . They do a great job and do all as promised. We will be using them again."
