"Oliver was great to work with. He did an excellent job and if I didn't know, you can't tell where the brick repairs were made. I recommend New Age for fast and quality work."

"Rob and his crew did a great job.. outside tuck pointing, crack repair, new damper, holes filled. Inside new mortar, smoke chamber fire proofed, new ceramic logs, silica, gas line. Showed us how to operate the new damper and light the fireplace. Perfect job."

"Everything was great and well thought of. They gave some suggestions initially of some ideas to do beyond what we asked. Would hire again and more than likely will for some other work we want done. Would highly recommend"

"We have hired Aerate 1 several times and have always been thrilled with their work. They planted a tree and provided pruning after the tree matured. They surrounded our above ground pool with drainage covered by pea gravel inside brick, and installed a paver walkway to the pool's heater. They landscaped the front and side with mulch inside brick. Every time they do work they make the site look better than when they arrived, even in areas only slightly impacted by their work. I highly recommend their company due to their excellent work and commitment to keeping their promises about when and what will be done!"

"We requested a free estimate. Cory provided a detailed explanation of the work to be done (with photos) and the price. He let us know they could do the job on the spot, contact them later or not at all. We opted to have the job completed immediately at what we thought was a reasonable cost. That consisted of a new damper, repairing a cracked crown, replacing some missing bricks and flashing. The work was complete within a couple of hours and we are satisfied with the results."

"Rolando and his construction crew did several projects at our home. They were prompt courteous and hard-working. We were well satisfied and will continue to call on Rolando When we have projects of this type in the future."

"The workers worked very hard completeing the task in just a couple of days.  They had to cut out sod and haul it away and then create the raised beds and plant the 100 or more plants.  The final job included a nice neat spade cut around all mulch beds."

"Company was easy to work with, and I appreciate that they did not overprice the job, which was a very small tuckpoint repair. Rate was very reasonable and promptly taken care of. Quality was also good, as they did their best to match my existing mortar color. You can barely tell the color difference and the cracks are all gone!"

"Very satisfied. We needed a low, brick retaining wall to be rebuilt after damage from several cold winters. Promptly responded to our request for quote. Ignacio and Kevin understood what we wanted done and the rebuild of the wall was beyond our expectations. Highly recommended."

"Highly recommended! Very professional and worked well within the agreed time to fix a leaking roof. Their fees were well within our budget and I found their work to be very well done."
