Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

They also did an excellent job on our upholstery and were able to remove wine stains (from our kids), candy stains (from our grandkids), and the dog poop brought in on everyone's shoes. "When they came to give us an estimate they said t would cost $600 which we thought was ridiculous, so we were able to get them down to $200 plus tax. They said for that price we could get a surface shampooing. They took the rug, brought it back a week later and it doesnt look that much cleaner. From other reviews I read I thought I would be wow'd. Maybe if we paid more they would have done a better job?
