"Not what I expected on project to remove ceiling drywall due to beam connected and need extra screws to uphold, overly price extra which I could have negotiated but husband was too quick to agree on, not happy at all. I still fixing up work done and painting. Remove exhaust fan and Door was replaced twice but ok still gap could have fixed with attention to detail. Now I really thinking Nayol was not being 100% honest with me about drylok screws I paid for are missing and different screws left after hard to tell HD they sell wrong screws. I thinking not sure I would hired back for another project if honesty a problem with me. Still I give them 3 stars for Tito works."

"Roy's crew arrived when they were supposed to, removed the old patio, and poured the concrete for both areas which are next to each other. They had to temporarily remove a chain link fence to get the equipment in to remove the concrete. Did the whole job over two days and then replaced the fence and seeded areas of the grass that needed it. The crew and the foreman Joe, worked efficiently and were professional in manner. I would not hesitate to call Roy again if I needed concrete work."

our neighbors house.  He came over right away and gave a reasonably
priced quote.  I discussed it with my uncle and decided to go ahead and

"We had hired Craig in August 2018 to put a comprehensive drainage system in our back yard, which is still proving to be an excellent investment due to he and his team's outstanding work. When we had another drainage issue, this time in our front yard, he was our first and only choice to come take a look. We needed to figure out where an underground pipe in the front of our house was draining, since water was forming at the front corner of our property. A Roto Rooter serviceman told us that the pipe was crushed and needed to be replaced. And when I called Craig to see if he could do it, he said he wanted to take a look first. He brought a few of his team members to our house and dig some digging, both where the water was forming and where the pipe begins at the front of our house. It turned out the pipe does not go to the front of our property at all, but moves a few feet from the house and goes straight down to a dry well. Instead of charging us for labor or simply telling us Roto Rooter was right and offering to replace the pipe, Craig not only told us we could hold off on doing anything, he also didn't charge us for the labor at all. This type of integrity has been hard to find as we have done home improvements over the past few years. It's why Craig's cell phone number is the only contractor's number I've saved in my phone. We consider him a lifetime relationship, and he's the only one we will ever call for this or any type of landscaping work."

"The company responded quickly to our request for an estimate. Frank reviewed what needed to be done and gave estimate on spot. He was knowledgeable and polite. His quote was reasonable. We had gotten three other estimates.  He showed up when expected, did the work to our complete satisfaction, and also fixed a crack in our retaining wall that he felt would be a problem down the road. We understand that ours was a small project, but we were treated as if it were much more. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him."

"Rightway Waterproofing is the company you want to come and waterproof your basement. I had initially set up a job looking for pros through Angie's List. I was contacted by Rightway Waterproofing via phone and email but did not respond as life happens. Well it rained really heavy again in August and I had more water in the basement. I reached out to them on a Friday and Albert contacted me immediately. They were able to come out on Monday to look at my property. Jake was thorough and friendly. He let me know what he thought we needed, explained everything thoroughly and gave us a quote which was completely reasonable. We accepted the bid and work was to commence on Thurs as they had an opening. Work was completed in one day. The area was kept pristine and they did an amazing job. The crew was courteous to my family. I could not recommend them more. I hope to have them out again at some point to finish my basement area as well. Try to keep in mind that during the season of covid many families are looking for ways to make more space in their homes or to have to home projects done. "I live in a condo/townhome complex, and after much 'discussion' with the Complex Management about a problem, I decided to have it done on my own, so I could either determine the problem or rule out a possible cause of the problem. To do that, needed one of the outside drainpipe/downspouts scoped out to see where the water was actually draining to. I've been having problems with dampness on the walls in my (now torn apart) lower level, and I needed to see if there was a break in any of the seams of the PVC pipe the water drained into that was near that area of my foundation.
Originally, my appointment was scheduled for the May 8th (2013), but Lisa (office mgr) called to ask if I would mind postponing
since they were in the midst of an emergency job, and needed everyone on-site there. Since my appointment was NOT an emergency, I didn't mind the postponement. We re-scheduled for 2 days later (10th). Paul showed up on time, and after showing him the situation, he got right to work.
He brought out his scoping tool and after disassembling the downspout at the PVC opening, he sent the scope/camera thru the PVC drain without any blockages or cracks. I was able to watch on the monitor as the camera was sliding thru the pipe. After he was finished, and we both were convinced the drain was NOT the problem, he was kind enough to suggest/recommend another venue to explore for correcting the problem, and he documented it on my paperwork for the association management to see.
And because everything went so quickly and easily (he was here for a total of about 15 minutes!), Paul discounted
the original quote of $350 to $250 + tax. Made me VERY happy! Thanks, Paul!

"FIRST CALL: Our call was answered promptly. The office staff was helpful and a first appointment was quickly scheduled.
TESTING/QUOTE: The representative came to our home, did a walk through, and sent testing to an independent lab. Test results came back about 5 days later. Findings pointed to three kinds of mold in the basement and ? very sadly ? unsafe conditions for us and our pets. The quote was high but fair considering that the work to be done was extensive. A lot of information was shared at this point with us ? about mold, about the general process, etc. The very knowledgeable representative did a great job of explaining the process and answering our questions. While we declined a financing package, it was offered. He anticipated the process ? from start to finish ? would take approximately 10 days.
HOUSE CLEAN OUT: We were advised to rent a dumpster. (Independent company, paid separately.) A crew came by on a Saturday to assist with the move out process. The process took much longer than originally expected for a variety of reasons. Nevertheless, the team was incredibly professional and helpful.
MOLD REMEDIATION: The mold remediation followed a day or so later. The crew was in the house 2-3 days. We were warned that it can get a bit smelly (due to sealant fumes), so we vacated the house while they did the work. The team members worked very neatly in our home and the team leader communicated with us via phone/txt about the progress of the project.
THE OOPS PORTION OF THE PROJECT: The water remediation aspects of the project were supposed to begin right after the mold remediation. However Healthy Way mistakenly filed the work/construction permits in the wrong town! Mistakes certainly happen. (We understand!) And, they worked to rectify the situation. (Excellent!) However, communication with us was very spotty during this time. This project that began at the end of July slipped through to the end of August? It is now the first week of September and we?re just finishing that final lap. I love their people and workmanship. However, I admit I was a bit frustrated with this aspect of the project.
WATER MANAGEMENT & DEHYDRATION UNIT: Much work was done? and so far, so good!
THE WINDUP: Mold problems are scary and overwhelming. And, there are also a lot of dubious ?remediation specialists? out there.
