"Flooring, painting, redoing the foyer and back and front doors, windows, etc. However, while my experience with the department that handled window installation was superb, the department that was overseeing the other items was horrible and we ended deciding to either do some of the work ourselves or hire other parties to do it. I was very disappointed. I was lead to believe Lowe's would be a one stop shop to take care of all the needs we had to upgrade and repair issues with the house but that was not how it worked out. They were very disorganized, unprofessional, uninformed and focused on everything in the house but the things we needed done. We had all the windows replaced upstairs. The price was great and the job went exactly as promised. We are in the process of setting aside money to have the downstairs one done as well and will be using the same person at Lowe's as before."
