"Repeat customer, first time they did a wonderful job back in 2017, hired them again in 2022 for a continuation of my fence and was disappointed. Scheduled the install date 1.5 months in advance, took a vacation day in advance so I could be home, and they showed up on the wrong day, called me from work, and I had to ask to leave work early. They never once apologized for making me leave work and wasting a vacation day even though the paperwork showed they were wrong. They didn't clean up any of the scrap pieces they cut off of the vinyl fence install, they left cellophane wrap, candy, and band aid wrappers all around for me to pick up, that my dogs could have choked on. They also never collected any of the 15 softball sized rocks they dug up, just left them in my yard. Customer service was lacking, reached out to the company and still haven't heard back from them in over a week now."

He inspected the area, asked for my input, made reasonable suggestions for the repairs and said he’d work up a price. The e-mail arrived on schedule with a detailed listing of the work to be done and the costs. Also included were a copies of his business license, a certificate of insurance and references. I was able to sign digitally and we set a date for the work to be done. Trent arrived, did the complete job and the place looks great. "It was okay quality work.  Cabinets were not custom made but purchased from a manufacturer of pre fab cabinets, which I was under the impression they were custom made. I had to do the electrical.  Not included.  The marble countertop was delivered and drilled in a rush by contracted helpers.  They measured and drilled too quickly and I noticed that the faucet holes were not centered correctly.  Luckily, the faucet installer compensated by adjusting the mounting.  Overall, I thought it was over priced by 1,000.00 dollars, but, I had to let my wife be in control."

"The work was exceptionally well done and I have no complaints about it. My only complaint at all is that the technician did not show up on the promised day. I received no phone call or other communication indicating a problem with showing up to perform the work on the day I was told. The technician did come the following day (only after I had to call the office and they had to track him down). The work site was left in pristine condition. This would be a full A rating across the board except for the scheduling hiccup. I don't mind scheduling changes, however communicating this to me is important and the lack of communication was a major factor in my review. <br /> <br />"
