"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. "I called several places for a quote; some were not interested in the job. One of the businesses referred me to Fence-N-Deck Doctors. Setting up my appointment for an estimate was fast and easy. He was professional, provided us a very honest opinion with suggestions, and knew exactly what we wanted. "It looks great. It's not a 'normal' fence. I found something I wanted on Pinterest, and Skip and his crew did it exactly how I wanted. It took longer than he thought it would, partially because of the weather and partially because the wire mesh was hard to find. They had to drive around Columbus, Newark, and Zanesville to find something that would work. He even bought something that he decided was too flimsy, installed one piece and decided it wasn't good enough quality. AND, he passed on the $125 price difference to us. Good guy doing good work!"

"Hire this company!  They are wonderful.  After having Fletcher's install a back yard sidewalk they gave us an estimate for tearing out our old wood deck and sunken paver patio and installing 2 new paver patios. The price was right and we hired him again for this work.  He met and/or exceeded my special needs for our dogs.  His design was perfect and he even has a program that he can feed in your measurements and it prints out what your patios will look like.

They started tearing out the old stuff on 10/28/2011.  The dumpster was delivered the same day.  The pavers, rock, and sand were delivered the next Monday, I think.  Everything went great.  Correy and his crew were always prompt and they worked hard.  I don't know how they do it.  It's a very physically demanding job but they never complained. 

After the tear out was done they started digging out the patios, laying the foundation, leveling sand, and laying pavers on the 1st patio, all the while cleaning up each day before they left.

Fletcher's even coordinated work with our hidden fencing installer to make sure everything was just right.  The hidden fence wire had to go under the new 2nd patio and they devised a way to make it work perfectly. 

Both new paver patios are gorgeous and neighbors are all jealous.  I think I'll have some referrals for Fletcher's next year.  In fact, I'm so impressed with their work and price that I've hired them for a 3rd time to do another back yard sidewalk in the spring of 2012.  I can't say enough nice things about Fletcher's Custom Design.  Really nice people, very professional.  I am thrilled with my new patios. Just beautiful.  A HUGE THANK YOU TO FLETCHER'S.  

Oh, and when the job was finished on 11/12/2011, they sent me flowers.  How sweet is that!

"It went great! Jeff came out and made sure that he divided the duplex directly down the middle and got to work really fast. The job was tough because he had to go through a lot of concrete and blacktop but he got it done. He also installed a gate for each side and they're great. We did have an issue with the way one was settling, nothing that was done on his part, and he came right out and adjusted the gates. We will 100% use them again for any of her fence needs."

"Justin and his Dad were  very professional from start to finish.  They listened to my ideas and recommended possible solutions for my issue.  The worked quickly and were thorough and cleaned up the area completely before they left.  They even were willing to install a ceramic soap dish that I had ordered years ago and just never got around to putting up.
