"The salesman made guarantees that couldn’t happen. He said the kitchen device gives a 6ft range in every direction so that’s 12 ft across, not happening, at times may be a 1 1/2 ft or 3 ft. When walking the property he said they could do the perimeter, when the installers came they said they wouldn’t do a portion due to the brush, which I did remove some brush in another area and would of in this area if told so, but the office called and said they would come back out if I wanted , so that was fair. My daughter received an outside unit, tennis balls, leash free with her purchase of the unit and she lives on a half acre and paid the same or a little less, so that’s odd especially when I paid cash . On the last day after the trainer left I let my dogs out and Audrey broke the barrier again, she went across the driveway into another safe section , so hopefully this doesn’t happen in a different section or I’ll second guess myself of buying the system. I’m not confident enough to leave the dogs unattended at this time so hopefully it gets better"
