Only additional cost was for replacement shut-off valves needed due to the type of faucet I had selected and even that was quite reasonable. Great service. I will use this provider for other work I require.

"We had two skylights that were leaking in heavy rain conditions in spite of minor repairs. Gary Brand of G.A. Brand Renovations inspected them, recommended replacement with new units, and gave us a free estimate for the replacement. He identified some modern energy efficient skylights and we contracted to have him do the replacement. He removed the old skylights, rebuilt the roof opening, installed the skylights, installed the flashing and shingles, and sealed everything. No more leaks. He then trimmed out the interior opening, stained the trim to match existing trim, and installed remotely-operated, solar-powered shades. It was a top-notch job.
Gary is a true craftsman which comes from many years of experience as a home builder.

"We purchased a bank owned home in February and the general contractor was contracted to repair the plumbing and that didn't happen. We had leaks inside the walls, missing fixtures on the shower and bathtub, a leaking disposal on the wrong side of a double sink in the kitchen, and broken and clogged drain lines going from the house to the main sewage line. It was a lot of work. The technician was kind and assured me that he would be able to address all of our concerns with no problems. Having already paid for this work once i was very concerned and watched their work very closely. 
After a long hot day all of the work was completed and i was pleased with the cleanliness and professional courtesy my wife and i were addressed with. I wanted to wait a couple of months before writing my review to make sure that we didn't have any additional problems out of their work, and i'm happy to say we haven't. it's hard to find good contractors which is why we are all here.
