Bill provided a referral for someone who could assist with carpentry to enable the plumbing work to be completed. After the vanity cabinetry was installed, Bill was able to schedule the plumbing work within the same week. Tim was able to come a little sooner and approached the job as a knowledgeable, seasoned professional. He was very helpful in explaining features of the product we purchased and information about warranty for future reference. Tim as well as Bill and Rex cate about the customer and are helpful and responsive to questions. The second technician ("handlebar Chuck) was awesome! The customer services was EXCELLENT!!! I decided to replace the water heater and, even though it very late in the day, Chuck was able to install the new water heater that evening."

When he tells you he will call or come over, he does it. His price is his price and all receipts are documented. The quality of his work is excellent!
I did wait over a month for Gary to work on my project, but he is well worth the wait. (Frankly, I take that as a good sign that he is busy because that means he is very good.) He contacted me twice during the waiting period to let me know how far out he was from my project and then called me the week before he planned to start it.
