Jack Woods charged $121 for the same work. I would recommend calling them before letting anyone else do your work. They are honest and resonably priced."

Two men spent the day removing the old system, hauling it away and installing a new Trane A/C unit and furnace and air handler and thermostat. "Very prompt and professional plumbers both on the phone and in person.  Originally we were scheduled for a Wednesday but they worked me in on Tuesday since I already had the day off, which I really appreciate.
My house was built in 1960 and didn't have water shutoff valves under two sinks.  I had them add those to the water lines for those sinks and replace a faucet.  However, one of the pipes broke (which happened on a different sink with a different company too) because of corrosion on the pipes so they had to create an access in the closet behind the sink and fix that pipe as well.
They even had a very nice little access cover for that which looks really good.  Most plumbers just knock a hole in your wall and leave it like that.
I bought a deal offered for $79 for $200 worth of labor, so my final bill was 301 since I already paid the $79 to Angie's list.  $501 for all the work that was done was a great price in my opinion and the quality and customer service was amazing.
I didn't really have a go to plumber for my needs before, but I do now.  I'll be using them again in the future.

"I truly enjoyed having Gary work on our project and I plan to hire him in the next few months to do my kitchen remodel. What sets him apart from the rest is his integrity. When he tells you he will call or come over, he does it. His price is his price and all receipts are documented. The quality of his work is excellent!
I did wait over a month for Gary to work on my project, but he is well worth the wait. (Frankly, I take that as a good sign that he is busy because that means he is very good.) He contacted me twice during the waiting period to let me know how far out he was from my project and then called me the week before he planned to start it. I think we have all experienced the no call, no show folks in this industry and it was refreshing to finally have someone who cared about following up with his clients.

"I purchased a special for $49.00 for a Service Call, and $50.00 that went towards any work. After I purchased this, I received an email asking when I'd be available for them to come out. I gave a couple of dates and times, but didn't hear back from that by weeks end. I gave them a call Monday, March 7,2016, and spoke to Shannon, who said that he would come out on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 9:00am. 
Shannon arrived at 8:45am on Tuesday, and took a look at my toilet. He told me exactly what was wrong, and had everything fixed within 10 minutes. He was very professional, and kind.
My only complaint is with the pricing. I'm not sure if this is through Angie's List, or Summers Mechanical. There are some fees that were not disclosed in the add, that I believe should have been there. That's the reason I gave them a C. Other than that, I would recommend Summers Mechanical to everyone!!! Great Job!!!

"First of all, I want to say that Jim the owner did not do the work. It was wood refinishing, not painting. Jim has a different person do the wood related work. When I met with Jim for the estimate he was pleasant and professional, the wood guy however, was late. Despite having an estimate that was twice as high as the other estimate I had gotten, I hired them (I could not get a certificate of insurance from the other guy). He was supposed to start work on a Saturday. I knew that they needed to match the stain of my existing woodwork and would need time to do this, so I offered a piece of my woodwork to them several days ahead of time. They did not take me up on my offer. On Saturday, he took the wood to the paint store but they did not match it until late that afternoon. Thus, no work was done on Saturday. He acted surprised that it took so long to match the stain (so I could anticipate this but the professional could not?!). On Sunday he showed up late (he called first, but he should have known that the paint store did not open until 10) however he had forgotten some of his materials and had to wait for someone to bring them. On Monday he showed up late (again, he called to let us know). The work he did looks fine except that he forgot to refinish a section of one step. After I contacted him he said he would come back but did not. A week later I still had not heard from him or Jim so I did it myself. While doing this I also noticed that he did not tape off the white railings on my stairs so that there is a bit of stain on the white on many of them ( I seem to recall him telling me at the estimate that he would tape them). Not a huge deal but I kind of expected more attention to detail. Overall, I am happy with how my stairs look and he was a very nice person. His tardiness did not add any days to the project but was annoying."
