"I called Fletcher's Design and left message about repairing our steps.  Correy returned my call within a couple hours and we scheduled a time (within 2 days) for him to come take a look at our step problem.  He informed me that the steps could not be repaired due to the fact that the original contractor had just set them on sand!  Nothing was supporting them and over the years, rain had washed the sand away.  This was a disaster waiting to happen!  Correy said they would remove the existing pavers and build the new steps correctly.  We scheduled a date and his crew was out first thing that morning.  They did a fantastic job!  I watched how they put the steps together...there is no way those steps are going anywhere!  Solid!  The crew worked creating those fabulous steps from about 8am-3pm.  They cleaned up the job site when they were finished.  Correy was able to find a paver for the steps that blended nicely with the pavers of our existing patio to create a nice transition from the concrete sidewalk to the patio.  All in all we are very pleased and would call them in the future, if we have any other work to be done.

"Good, but it was the hottest day of the summer. Understandably, the oppressive heat caused the crew to work more slowly than they would have under normal conditions. They had to go up and down stairs in both houses, so it wasn't easy! Total cost was higher than we'd planned, since charges are on an hourly basis. But we got moved! Crew lead and the 2 young men doing the work were very nice to us - considerate, polite, friendly, and appreciative. They were also careful not to cause any damage to belongings, freshly painted walls, floors, doors. We had a good moving crew. I recommend them!"

"It went extremely well. The technician from Illinois Garage Repair was very professional and did an excellent job in replacing the garage door opener. He even went "beyond the call of duty" by programming all of my remote controls."

"Was to be 8hrs. of painting. Agreed to do certain jobs in that time and did pretty much complete them, but left about a half an hour early(2 painters), so lost about 1 hour of the 7 paid for. They seemed like they were doing a rush job the whole time they were here.
 Painted wall without removing switch plates covers which I do not feel is very professional.
Because they were leaving early I asked them to touch up a door frame. One of the painters did this, but used ceiling paint instead of trim paint (both paints were out and being used). I asked this painter specifically if he was using trim paint and he told me yes. But as
it dried it was clear that it was flat ceiling paint not semi gloss trim paint.
I spent some time cleaning up paint from my bedroom carpet where it had been tracked about from a painter's shoe.
I know they would come back to redo this, but it is just to big a hassle to me to have to take time off work to be here.
Makes me think twice about doing a "Big Deal" again because the work I got was not that great.

"Brad was fantastic! I had previously had another contractor come in and estimate about 1000 in repairs. Brad indicated this was definitely not the case. He provided an estimate and then beat it by $100. He was knowledgeable, on time and friendly. Estimate was provided and he came back and finished everything in less than 3 hours. Great guy! Great service! And I will be using him again.

"Mike was about one half hour past projected time.  I do understand that he had had a more difficult job before he arrived at my home.
He was professional, did a very nice job of caulking tubs and shower.  He also caulked around a sink where he could.  He did clean up the areas where he removed the caulking and rehung my shower doors that I had removed to ease his job.
