While they did install a new shut-off valve and adjust the water heater lines, they failed to replace the existing copper refrigerator water line, even though it was very short, tight, and clearly not suitable. Instead of recommending a proper replacement, they tried to reuse the old copper line. As a result, the connection started leaking immediately when I pulled the refrigerator out, which is exactly what a professional should anticipate and prevent. The billing was also an issue. The technician arrived around 1:30 PM and finished by about 4:30 PM, which is roughly 3 hours of work, yet I was charged for 4.5 hours on an hourly basis plus parts.
