There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. "Julio and his team did a wonderful "handyman"-type job for me. I highly recommend him and his company. Details: I recently purchased two specialized, folding fire-escape ladder systems from a company in New Jersey. But I needed someone local to install the devices on my house. They look like big downspouts, but when a user pulls a pin at the top, they fold out to sideways ladders that allow people to escape from upstairs windows. Julio came out to my home to watch the installation video that the fire-escape company had on their website, and then said "no problem" to install the ladders. He returned a couple of days later with a two-man crew, and they installed both ladders in about 5 hours. No muss, no fuss. He charged me $550, which I found fairly reasonable for a three-person crew for that amount of time--particularly since it was kind of an unusual installation job. During the job, Julio was faced with two or three minor complications, which he handled without any problems. I think that speaks well of his expertise as a handyman. Julio and his crew were exactly what I was looking for this kind of job."
