The main bathroom they took out the tub converted to shower only all new tile to ceiling, new floor, shower doors.Second shower new floor, walls, tile to the ceiling. New fixtures in both. They came out beautiful!! Today they put in my new counter top in the kitchen. I absolutely love all the work that this company has done for me. Thank you Josh & Shawn for making sure that every thing came out perfect. Your teams came in all were so nice and professional. And knew what was happening in each step. "Alfred was wonderful! He repaired the sliding doors in my bedroom closet that 2 other handymen were not able to do. He also hauled a heavy piece of furniture downstairs for me and removed and replaced rubber step mats on my 5 garage stairs. Noted that I had bought the wrong materials for adhesive:) He knew what was best. Don't waste your time or money, hire Cranston to do the job efficiently, I'm so thankful I did! "Great communication, awful execution. Along with all the delays, their failure to actually fix many of our concerns was appalling. Shoddy electrical work, poor tile and drywall craftsmanship, awful grout work. They were "willing" to fix the issues and responded immediately to our concerns. Unfortunately the office can't fix what the installers/contractors mess up. A one week project turned into 3. A real shame as we were sold on quality and went them for that reason. "
