"Pure Water beat the other contractors on price and what we received as a product. We couldn't be happier with the installation. We now have hot water on demand on the opposite side of the house where it could take 5 min of water running for the water to be hot. Pure Water also installed a water softener and now our hard water is soft! "SCAM-SCAM-SCAM ELITE ROOTER came to the house with a $79.99 special to clear a clogged pipe using a snake. The $79.99 first it became over $500 to do jetting which I agree to do. However, shortly after that they told me that it will be over $3,000 to replace 10 feet of pipe that had a bad section. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. They charged the credit card in advanced, didn't complete the jot and is not refunding the money! VOID AT ALL COST. I had to get another plumber to complete the job because the $3,000 to replace $10 feet of pipe in an open basement seem outrageous. The other plumber clear the clogged pipe with a snake and said that the pipe didn't need to be replaced. SAVE YOURSELF SOME GRIEVE AND USE ANOTHER PLUMBER. I have now a double bill because they are not refunding me for the uncompleted job."

"I worked with Chizum and had a great experience. For my work, he requested a few photographs instead of sending someone out to have a look. He wanted to be sure that the bluish pipe entering the house was not the type that should be replaced before the work was done (it wasn't). He explained that they would not guarantee their work if it was and that they do not do the replacement work anymore. He was very thorough and knowledgeable - super helpful! Chizum estimated the work would take one hour (which it did exactly) and that if the pipe turned out to be the wrong kind he would not charge "a huge amount" for the service call. I plan to use IPS going forward!"
