From my initial call for a quote to project completion he was available to answer questions and concerns from color selection, dumpster placement and a tricky gutter drainage problem. The Element crew was extremely hard working and courteous, arriving on time and working late when necessary. The quoted price only changed due to numerous wood panels that needed replacement which could not be detected until the original shingles were removed. I was fully informed in the quote of this potential increase, so no surprises there. Cleanup was exceptional as the crew combed shrubbery for debris and used magnetic rakes to find stray nails even in the near lawn edges. "I came home from work at 815 a.m., found Jake and his crew already cutting limbs off of the Maple tree. Took them five hours to remove several mature pine and maple trees. I went to sleep, but my next door Neighbor said I like the way your tree trimmers work, so I hired them. She is having her tree cut down this weekend, since Jake will be here already I am going to have one more mature pine tree cut down. Note:. I was at work when I gave this review, phones not allowed in facility, sorry no pics. But picture three stumps, no mess, debris or nothing and wood was stacked. Several family members came to retrieve the wood and pleasantly surprised that the wood was all stacked neatly by our fence. I am so very glad I called them."

"Actual installation took 1 day, but estimate, scheduling and final payment took almost 2 months. Gutter guards could not be installed as per factory instructions because of problems with existing drip rail, but were installed with modifications. New gutters tended to overflow where roof valley met gutter, but this was corrected later with the addition of valley splash shields. One unpleasant surprise was the subcontracting of gutter installation by a local company that we had had previous dealing with, who argued with us about desired modifications. However, Scott was very involved, and resolved all issues, including adjusting the price based on and quot;pain and sufferingand quot;. Scott was excellent and receptive to what we had to say, as well as being easy to get along with.
Suggestion to customers: specify work to be performed by their own crew, not sublet.
