Had a problem that they said they would be back in a couple of hours after the drywall mud dried (around noon) but did not come back until after 6 p.m. They had to get a truck fixed and decided to do that while waiting without telling me they would not be back. Also, they smoked on the premise (outside) and left a couple of cigarette butts in the driveway. I needed to be clear before hiring that I expect a smoke-free workplace and absolutely no cigarette butts left. Maybe because I used to do service work and had strict standards about communication and timeliness, and never would smoke on customer property I have high expectations beyond getting the job done. Not the cheapest in town but the work was in line with their price."
