They were extremely careful about the removal of dirt and grass in the area since we have a sprinkler system and underground landscape wiring. They also installed a drainage pipe under the pavers and the entire job looks fantastic. The team worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned the area thoroughly upon completing the project. I agreed to their price and they returned the next day to do the work. When they cut through my wall to make the window fit properly they cut through four electrical wires that worked an air conditioner, hot water tank and outlets in my bathroom. This cost me fifteen hundred dollars to rectify with an electrician and resulted in two ugly electrical junction boxes by my new window on the outside which made the whole project look like an eye sore. Because they were a landscaping business I should have been skeptical but they told me they could install windows too. Professionals would have checked for wires prior to cutting. That was my mistake?.although they were nice people who showed up to work I would not recommend them. My window, after the electrical was restored now looks like an eye sore."

For that he deserves the 5 stars. We no longer feel our home is unsafe to live in and for that he also deserves the score we gave him. In the future I would have liked to see a bit more care on color matching and accuracy. Some cosmetic bricks stick out at angles and we had to go behind his work and fix a few issues. He also did not clean up the entire work area after completing the job. All minor issues though and only little cost. Jose was a man of his word though, and after the last payment still came back and finished the last bit of the job. "
