The driveway work actually started about a week later and was completed in two weeks, a little longer than planned due to several rain delays. Our driveway exceeds our expectations and the price was very reasonable. David suggested adding a slight tint to the border pavers and it made a subtle and very attractive contrast. "I learned that you have to have specifics in writing, no hearsay. Had my deck rebuilt. Good work, siding/ roof replaced. After several months, I noticed the siding was showing signs of wear where the nails were seeded. I called several times and even sent pics to show the discoloration. I was told they would return to correct, and it has been 2 years. I have gone by the office several times, called many times, and no response... I would like a phone call to have my issue corrected. Also, I have had several professional tell me they, Custom exterior, should have sealed the siding areas with sealant, which prevents insects, moisture from entering the frame. They did not use sealant... Overall good work, but a few areas of concern."

They replaced the sub-floor and installed new laminated flooring on top, re-installed the toilet and vanity, installed a baseboard which we did not have before. The result was a beautiful bathroom better than when the house was built. Each time I walk past the bathroom, I am in awe as to how beautiful it looks and for a very reasonable price. I will definitely call Darrell when I have other work to be done."

All that was discussed before the work began. They checked with me throughout their work to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. They hauled off all the branches, leaves, etc. that they cut. They left everything they moved the way they found it. They gave me options and even suggested turning a stump into a work of art. I ultimately decided not to do it, but appreciated their input. Very polite and professional. Checked with me every step of the way."
