Sebastian and his crew did an outstanding job of not only replacing the existing stucco on both but repairing one that had been badly damaged. Their work met the highest professional standards. The chimneys were painted to match the house, and they completely cleaned up the porch and yard where some debris had accumulated. They did the work on time and within the estimated cost. I recommend them without reservation."

Except for a few cosmetic concerns I was overall pleased with the work that was done. Cosmetic concerns will be corrected by them in the near future. I would hire them again for roof repair."

I got two coats of good paint, both sprayed and rolled. They did a fantastic job and came in on time and on bid. Will definitely hire again for some drywall work and paint inside the house."

"He is willing to take on any project and then some. My honest feeling is that his enthusiasm somewhat outpaces his expertise and experience. He is a diligent worker and stays with the project. His painting went well though speed seems to trump care and preparation (He painted over some unsanded spackle repairs). My main problem was that instead of the two painters that were advertised, it was him and what I believe was his girlfriend who was inexperienced and sometimes just watched him paint. It should have been advertised as one painter and a helper. The price though was very reasonable and the finished product was adequate. He is likable and I believe honest and trustworthy. I would use him again especially if it was a project that just needed to be knocked out."
