"That Granite Place was hired to install Quartz countertops in a home I owned by the general contractor, Garrison Homes. The countertops were installed incorrectly (on an angle) as well as cut incorrectly. Despite countless emails and phone calls, they refused to do the repair since they were paid in full. The operations manager, Mark Widen, said his hands are tied and that they wont honor the repair or warranty. I wouldn't EVER deal with this company again nor would I recommend them to my worst enemy!!!"

"This is an update from a previous review. This company tried to install a furnace at my trailer in Lewes. The install seemed to go relative smooth until a time later after the install. The furnace started putting out soot and made a terrible racket. As it turns out the company did not convert the unit to propane which should have been the first step to insure the installation. The LP conversion nozzle was still taped to the front of the unit(pictures upon request). According to a tech from my propane provider I was lucky the unit did not cause a fire or possibly blow up. Tried calling Long Neck Plumbing for help and was told they assume no responsibility for the botched install. At this point the unit is unusable and may have to be replaced if the heat exchanger is cracked. If you want a company that you can count on to do a job correctly and take responsibility beware. Also customer service is non existent."
