"I called the 800 number and they were able to schedule me for a date and time that was convenient to me. I was scheduled for 1-4, and they showed up promptly at 1:00. Not only was the truck emblazoned with the company logo, the men identified themselves and presented their paper work as identification. Upon entering the house they took care to cover their shoes. The cleaned the entire house (11 areas) in about an hours, which included applying their deodorizing treatment.  As I have 2 cats, who do mark the carpets, I was very pleased with the results, which eliminated all of the odors in the carpeting.  In addition, not only did the carpets smell clean, they were obviously clean, especially as I have light color carpets.  In addition, the nap was brought back up, which make the pattern more visible again. Throughout the cleaning, the men took care with my furniture and belongings. <br /> An outstanding job by an excellent provider. <br />"

"All work was completed on schedule, workers were on time, worked very clean, and did extremely professional work - the countertops look much better than they ever did before. After the job was completed, I was informed that the total bill was $750, which was due to 1.5 hours of work over the initial estimate. I think this was a simple case of miscommunication - they understood this the work was to be billed by the hour, I understood it was billed by the job. Kristin was very understanding, and in the end we agreed to split the difference. <br /> I would use McDonald again. They did a top-notch job with the countertops. I would just make sure that the estimate more closely reflects the final price of the job. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured.
