I’m a reliable construction and maintenance professional with hands-on experience in residential repairs and renovations. I currently work as a maintenance technician for a large property, handling everything from small fixes like lighting and fixtures to larger projects such as laminate flooring, sinks, and vanities.\n\nPreviously, I was a project manager overseeing full kitchen and bathroom gut renovations, while also working hands-on from demo to installation. This gave me a strong understanding of doing jobs efficiently and to a high standard.\n\nI take pride in being detail-oriented and delivering quality results that last. I’m also honest and upfront—if something is outside my expertise, I’ll communicate that clearly. With strong customer service skills, I focus on making every job smooth, professional, and stress-free for the customer. \n\nIf you’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality, I’m here to help get the job done right.\n\n

"This was a perfect appliance-purchasing experience. I called them at 2pm on saturday and the new washer was installed by 11am monday. Very efficient, prompt, professional."

"My call was responded within less than an hour and Mo arrived the next morning. He patiently reviewed the system and found that the coil is in a state of disrepair. Recent regulations require complete replacement of the unit; this is a major job. Mo patiently helped me evaluate the pros and cons of different products and gave me a very good offer to handle it.. In the meantime my house renters, who spent two sleepless nights in oven-hot bedrooms, got a same-day installation offer from a plumber who worked for them. So I went with their decision to help avoid another oven night. I rate here the diagnosis, evaluation and advice by Mo. I was completely impressed by Mo and am grateful for the superb responsive service. I will not hesitate to get his help with any future jobs. Thank you Mo for the great service."

"KT Homes did an awesome job. They were professional and showed up as expected. My appliance installation was done with great care and they also cleared a clog in my kitchen sink and installed a new garbage disposal. All 3 jobs were done with superb craftsmanship. I highly recommend KT Homes!"

"Rob is very friendly and honest. He works quickly, will recommend things if he sees something that should be repaired or replaced but lets you research it before making a final decision and cleans up after working."

"Jeffrey went out of his way to come out only a few hours after I called to help one of my clients. He located parts necessary to repair a 64 year old appliance. Fair price. I would highly recommend."
