We hired him, and he and his team finished the job in just 1 day, which included replacing half of the roof entirely (down to the plywood), sealing and painting the other half, and replacing gutters! After Jimmy was finished, he asked us to take a look and make sure it was perfect. Only when it was perfect did we have to pay him (no deposit!). During our walk through, I noticed roof paint was dripping down the newly replaced white flashing around the perimeter of the housed. Jimmy sent his team out immediately to fix it. In the end, we could not be happier with the job. It was done quickly, with a transferable warranty, at a great price, and Jimmy was very professional and easy to communicate with. "Matt came out to assess the job the following day. He was punctual and friendly. He gave us a competitive price and they did a great job. They were ready to go the following week after being hired. Once finished they sent me pictures and a recording on how to work the damper. They installed a new damper and removed the old damper. They also worked on our chimney so that the fireplace was usable again. When they were done there was no mess, they left the space nice & clean. I hope to work with them again on future projects."
