"Our roof had a small leak and we got quotes from a few companies on whether we needed our roof replaced or just repaired. We ended up deciding to replace our entire roof and went with Aura for several reasons. While the initial consult was lengthy, it was needed. We decided to choose Aura because they were so in-depth and thorough with our consult. We were able to trust them and didn't feel them being pushy on why we need top-notch everything or need to add on more services such as gutters or siding when they didn't need any replacement. We knew what we needed and they respected that. We are incredibly happy with the work done by Aura. Everything was explained to us in terms of issues with our existing roof and what the new roof would be like. Thank you to Alex, Joe, Matt and the rest of the team. Everyone here is honest and knowledgeable in their work. We had no issues from the initial consult up until the very end. Everything was left clean and put into the dumpster which they are picking up later this week. We also got to see many photos through the process (a few attached to this review) which made the process even better. "We hired Gutter Nation in October 2024 to completely redo all the soffits around our home and replace six doors in the home. Initially, the job appeared to be done well. minor issues like paint on our items, and misalignment of our outside drain. However, by April 2025, a bird was able to dislodge a single soffit vent and build a nest inside the space between the roof and the vent ? an issue we expected the original install to prevent. We reached out to the owner, who assured us he would come by to assess and fix it. That never happened. When we followed up, the original adjuster told us we should just pay again for the fix, even though we already paid for the job to be done right the first time. Apparently, they're blaming the birds for it, not the quality of the work. This kind of response, failing to stand behind your work and ghosting customers when issues arise, is unacceptable. We expected professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, Gutter Nation provided neither."
