"Our service tech Alvin Miller III of GroundWorks/formally know as Busy Dog came for a sump pump annual checkup. Alvin was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his work. He very patiently explained to me how our sump pump and back up battery operates. He was fast and efficient and diligently recorded all of the work that was done. "These guys are a horrible private equity roll up... go by 3 different names to disperse the terrible customer reviews. They promised to be out first thing in the morning after we had a full day without heat (and three small children in the home). One hour into the eta window I got calls from two different dispatchers who clearly are not in a centralized location, telling me the roads are not clear. The roads are clear. These guys suck. Do not engage with them. "

"No invoice transparency at Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical. I had an appointment on February 16, 2026, to troubleshoot a no-heat issue on the second floor of my home. I was told the repair would be $1,500. Although hesitant, I agreed to proceed because I needed heat. The repair was completed, I paid $1,524.90, and the technician left. I later realized I had not been provided with an invoice, so I called the company directly at 781 438 4114. The person who answered the phone emailed me an invoice. The invoice listed an HVAC diagnostic fee of $69.00, followed by ?HYD 170,? with no price or itemized breakdown provided. I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. I respectfully requested a detailed breakdown of the invoice through multiple phone calls and emails; however, the responses I received were dismissive and failed "
