"When they came to give us an estimate they said t would cost $600 which we thought was ridiculous, so we were able to get them down to $200 plus tax. They said for that price we could get a surface shampooing. They took the rug, brought it back a week later and it doesnt look that much cleaner. From other reviews I read I thought I would be wow'd. "I had a very good experience and was very satisfied. My initial job required a pipe repair behind a paneled wall. Chris was very careful in removing the panels and replacing them once the repair was complete. The problem was more extensive than we expected and also required accessing the pipe from outside the house. This meant removing some of  the vinyl siding and putting it back. Once complete, you could not even tell where the repair took place.
Second job went equally well. I found the workmanship very good and Chris and his co-worker were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.
