"I had an exceptional experience working with Gil and his team at Goias Home Improvement. Gil, the owner, is the most professional, thoughtful and respectful contractor I have ever worked with. I initially called for my master bathroom renovation and also will be using Goias for several other projects including roof, gutters, and patio and deck. The work was a complete gut renovation of the bathroom, moving toilet and shower plumbing, adding a double vanity, tiling, custom shower, heated floors etc. Gil and his team executed it flawlessly. His initial estimate was the lowest of the 3 I received. He was also the most responsive and attentive. There was a sense of trust that I felt from day one. They started on the project the following week. Throughout the project he listened to ever concern I had, addressed them and was always open to changes and requests I had. Every worker that entered our house was respectful of our privacy and of the home. Gil responded thoughtfully to every phone call and text I sent him ( I can be a bit of a needy client). Gil came to the house to check up on the work frequently and communicate. While many contractors are overbooked and take on way more than they can handle it was clear that Gil managed the amount of work he could take on very well. When there was a small leak during the project Gil was here within minutes to evaluate and had someone fix it within an hour. The leak caused some water stains on the drop ceiling in the basement which was quickly replaced. There was a delay in the shower door, and Gil apologized and explained calmly what the issue was. One of the doors broke during the quality testing of the door. Gil also gave us a cheesecake made by his wife as a token of appreciation. It was delicious to say the least! Goias Home Improvement will be the only company I work with for future home renovation projects. They did high quality work, provided a great customer experience and communicated effectively. I almost feel guilty telling other people how pleasant my home improvement project was compared to the horror stories I have heard about other bathroom renovations. Highly recommend Gil and his company Goias Home Improvement."

I have also contracted JC Power Wash in the recent past to power wash my house and remove black mildew from my roof. He also power washed my concrete driveway and painted my shutters and outside windows. Every task was completed as promised.
