Finally got system up and running on 10/5/16.  The system provides complete energy for our house and business. "Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"We hired Rick and J Co. for a basement remodel, which included tearing down old wood paneling, ceiling panels, old carpet, and adding waterproofing for about 1200 square feet of space. J. Co did a full demolition, and installed all new lighting, carpet, drywall, electrical, paint and a wall that would create a new bedroom. They installed a new closet in the added bedroom, all new custom doors, painted our laundry room floor, and even did a few odd jobs that came up along the way (repairing an old pipe, rewiring a telephone line, helping install the knob for a fireplace to name a few). Rick and his entire team were wonderful to work with. Even with delays of the major flooding that occurred throughout the city, they still managed to finish in great time and delivered a basement we are very proud of. Every detail was addressed and all guys were professional at all times! They left our space clean and beautiful. We would hire J Co. again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone else! "I want to change the layout of my bathroom so I was looking for ideas. A drawing was completed on the computer and shown to me. I really liked the ideas provided. I did not get to keep a copy of the design myself. I was given a quote for the remodel service.  This contractor does not do plumbing so that was not included. After getting the quote emailed to me, I had to have the contractor come out a 2nd time to go over the quote and clarify several items. He was punctual for both of his appointments with me and seemed like a nice guy.
