"Did a good job initially. Did not install small plugs that cover the screws holding the window to the frame. Failed to respond to come back and do it. Some cosmetic drawback to their good job. Weak customer services!"

"It went great! My door couldn’t move at all and now it’s sliding better than it ever has! I most definitely recommend there services !"

"

Creig picked up the replacement and replaced the defective item. He made sure the work was done correctly. I will use his service again.

"Oliver was amazing and did a great job. I was nervous as I was having an 85” tv wall mounted and definitely don’t want that falling or dropping. He mounted it really well, and it appears to be very sturdy. He even hung on the mount to show it wasn’t going anywhere. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and I will definitely be hiring him again."

"Jose Vigil provided excellent service from the evaluation, to the professionally finished product! He was easy to work with and did not leave out any details in his work. A true craftsman who takes pride in his work. Very courteous and flexible with his schedule too. We WILL hire him again. I’ve already discussed future projects with him. Thank you."

"SGK came out and replaced 4 of our windows earlier this year. The team was professional and helpful from the office staff down to the installers. We love our new windows and we won't hesitate to use SGK again for future projects."

"Without getting convincing proposal from other contractors, I had only 3 weeks remaining until my tenant's move-in date. Then Gili showed up and gave me reasonable price, saying can take care everything including city permitting process and secured workforce to fit into my schedule. I liked their business model that their price is labor, leaving me to buy cabinets and countertops directly from shop. Also he kindly offered to include my smaller job (like vanity replacement and sliding door installation) pushed in the price. Still kitchen remodel of half century old condo is not straight-forward. Major electrical issues were found after demolition, which required sub-panel replacement and rewiring. Although this certainly caused unexpected cost and delay, Gili worked hard for me to minimize the effect by negotiating with city officials as well as LAR Construction absorbs some of the cost. I really appreciated that. Also they gave me paint job in the living room Gili always kept me posted on the status and next steps, so I had never concern. With the completion I feel pride myself on the new kitchen that meets the latest code. If you want quality investment, I highly recommend LAR Construction And Remodeling"

"Job went great! Ishmael and his co-worker Jarnel literally carried our upright piano from its current spot, up two stairs, and down two stairs to it's new spot. Each time they put the piano down, they did it gently and with great care. No bumping or dropping! Would definitely hire them again for any heavy lifting."
