They made sure that they had the right parts before coming to my house, so it did not waste my time. "3 days before an impending cold front, my furnace just stopped working on a Sunday!  I called Supreme and the technician was available to come out later that day.  Every other company I called didn't even answer the phone, even those that claimed to have weekend hours.  He arrived at the time he estimated (even a little early) and was very friendly and professional.  He did not find an obvious problem but after thoroughly evaluating the unit and adjusting some wires, the heat began to flow.  He waited for some time to ensure it was indeed working and took pictures of the inside of my unit so that if it stopped working, he would be prepared to come back with specific replacement parts that might be needed.  
I was very impressed and would definitely call Supreme again
